About this Course

***Children must have been enrolled in Grades 2-4 at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year.*** Join Fridley Fire, Police and Recreation Departments for this exciting program designed for kids to have fun while learning good safety practices. Children will get a behind the scenes look at the Police and Fire Departments while learning and experiencing safety! In addition, campers will engage with presenters from Northstar Search and Rescue, The Raptor Center, Allina Health, MN DNR, Springbrook Nature Center and more! Safety topics include: fire, seat belt, animals, electrical, bicycle, first aid, water, weather, and 911! Following camp there will be a graduation ceremony at the Civic Campus. Campers will receive a bike helmet, t-shirt, tote bag, and daily lunch & snacks.
