About this Course

Martial Arts instills discipline, focus, endurance and flexibility. Children will learn self-defense skills through fun games, obstacle courses and pad striking. Class is taught by Grand Master Thomas Malone who has been teaching Martial Arts for over 30 years and is an 8th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Wear comfortable clothing. Uniform not required.
